To have a fully comprehensive commercial contract drafted by a lawyer to ensure legal enforceability and
protection of rights and obligations does not always mean an enormous legal fees. However it is also worth
bearing in mind that £500 or £1,000 is well spent if it avoids you incurring solicitors costs later should
there be litigation in the event of a dispute particularly if the value of the contract is worth thousands
of hundreds of thousands.
