When can I use Mediation?

Mediation can be used at any stage in your matter, whether court proceedings, if you are still living together or even after Divorce. 

It is not necessary to consult a solicitor before using Mediation but is advised that you do so that you can be fully aware of what your legal rights before commencing mediation.
