Confidentiality

Mediation is confidential and the Mediator will not be allowed to pass on any information given by any party without the consent of both. The information cannot be used in court later if the mediation proves unsuccessful.  

However, any information either party has given about their financial details such as income, savings, etc can be passed to the solicitors and used in court proceedings passed.
