How do I apply for Mediation?

If you are paying privately you can instruct any Mediator of your choice and request an appointment. However if are eligible for legal aid then you must choose a mediator who provide CLS funded mediation. These can be found in the Community Legal Service Directory which is available from your local library, Citizen’s Advice Bureau.
